In-App Purchases Removed from the Mobile App (iOS & Android)

WHY DO I HAVE TO MAKE PURCHASES ON THE WEB? 

To ensure our SPYPOINT mobile app complies with Apple and Google regulations concerning in-app purchases, we had to remove the purchase opportunities from the SPYPOINT mobile app, in 2022.

Please note that those purchase opportunities removed from the SPYPOINT app will be available from our SPYPOINT app on the web, accessible from your mobile or desktop web browser.  

WHO DOES IT APPLY? 

In-app purchasing capabilities will only be removed from the SPYPOINT mobile app for iOS and Android users. If you access the SPYPOINT mobile app from your phone, this will apply to you. It does not apply to the web version of the SPYPOINT app that can be accessed using a web browser from your mobile device or desktop computer.

HOW DO I MAKE PURCHASES? 

Photo Transmission Plans 

If you have an iOS or Android device (phone or tablet), you can purchase photo transmission plans directly from the web app.

FULL-HD Photo Packages and Insiders Club memberships 

You will have to make purchases on the SPYPOINT website using your mobile or desktop web browser.  

1. Log into your account by selecting the My Account icon (upper right-hand corner) or the Manage your Account option below the main navigation bar. 
2. Open the drop-down menu (left) and select accordingly to purchase FULL-HD Photo Package or Insiders Club membership.  
3. Complete the purchase.

HOW CAN I LIMIT THE NUMBER OF TRANSACTIONS I WOULD HAVE TO MAKE THROUGH THE WEB OR THE SPYPOINT MOBILE APP? 

A good tip to help you avoid having to complete several purchases over the year is to toggle your current plan or Insiders Club membership to "auto-renew." You can toggle off this auto-renew at any time.
