Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

If your camera stopped sending photos because you have reached your monthly photo limit, it is possible to upgrade your plan during the billing cycle. Your device will resume sending photos as soon as you upgrade your plan. Otherwise, you can wait to reach your plan reset date.

I REACHED MY TRANSMISSION PLAN PHOTO LIMIT. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MISSING PHOTOS?

Your device will continue taking photos and save them to the SD or microSD card once you reach your monthly photo limit. You will not receive these photos in your app. You can access these photos by downloading them from your SD or microSD card onto your computer or another personal device.

HOW TO CHANGE FROM A YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION TO A MONTHLY ONE?

If you purchased a yearly plan, you may upgrade to a superior yearly package. You will only be charged the difference for the time remaining. As you cannot switch from a monthly plan to a yearly one, or from a monthly plan to a yearly one, you must wait for the reset date. Turn off the auto-renewal for your plan and purchase the plan and frequency of your choosing, after the reset date.

HOW TO DOWNGRADE MY TRANSMISSION PLAN?

You cannot downgrade your plan during the billing cycle. You must toggle the auto-renewal off and wait for the reset date. Once you’ve reached the reset date, you can then choose any plan of your choice.

HOW TO FIND THE RESET DATE AND THE AUTO-RENEWAL TOGGLE?

The reset date of the photo transmission plan (and monthly photo count) is unique per camera, activated in your account. The reset date is based on the date you purchased your plan. You can find it in your account on the web app:

1. Log into the web app.
2. Click on the 3-bar menu in the top-left corner.
3. Click on "Account".
4. Click on the "Plan" tab.
