How to change my password?

You can change your password from the SPYPOINT app and the web app.

SPYPOINT App

1. Press the “Profile” button in the top-right corner.
2. Press “Account”.
3. Press “Profile”.
4. Press “Login & Security”.
5. Press “Password”.
6. Enter your current and new password. Make sure it contains at least 10 characters. 

SPYPOINT Web App

1. Login into the web app.
2. Click on the 3-bar menu in the top-left corner.
3. Click on “Account”.
4. Enter your current and new password in the dedicated section. Make sure it contains at least 10 characters.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW CAN I GET A NEW ONE?

1. Under the password field, you can click on “Forgot my password”. 
2. Enter the email address you use for your SPYPOINT account.
3. Check your inbox (even the junk mail if necessary) for the SPYPOINT password reset email.
4. Click on the link in the email, leading you to a SPYPOINT page.
5. Enter a new password twice, using at least 10 characters.

You must contact Customer Advisory Service to find the email address. Our agents can request personal information to validate your identity.
