Cant login to my vosker account.

If you are having issues logging in to your account, verify the following:

STEP 1

  • Verify if the email address you are typing is the one you have registered with VOSKER.
  • Erase and retype your Email address and password and click ‘Login’.  

STEP 2

  • If the step above did not work, click on ‘Forgotten Password’.
  • You will receive an email with the password reset link, using which you may change your password and login into your account. 

STEP 3

  • If the issue still persists, delete your VOSKER app from your phone and reinstall it.
  • Retry to login using your email and password.
