You can reset your V300 camera in three ways.
Reset from VOSKER mobile app:
- Login to your VOSKER account
- Press the “CAMERAS” tab, at the bottom of the screen.
- Press the “…” next to the camera you want to reset.
- Select “SETTINGS” in the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down and press “RESTORE SETTINGS” button
- Press “RESTORE” in the pop-up message asking for confirmation to proceed.
Reset from VOSKER webapp:
- Login to your VOSKER account
- Click on the camera you want to reset.
- Click on the menu icon at the top left corner of your screen.
- Select “CAMERA SETTINGS”.
- Click the button “RESET SETTINGS” at the bottom of the page.
- Click “RESET” in the pop-up message to confirm your selection.
WARNING: Settings, from either the mobile or the web app, are applied the next time your camera communicates with the VOSKER server, which depends on your currentTransfer Frequency settings. So, it may take some time until the changes are applied.
Reset manually using the reset file:
- Using a computer or laptop, download the reset file here.
- Extract the file from the downloaded ZIP folder and transfer the file, NOT the folder, to the MicroSD card.
- Once the file has been copied, put the MicroSD card back into the V150 camera and turn it on.
- Wait for about 5 minutes for the camera to update and reset.
- Your camera is now up-to-date.
