What to expect when you turn on your V300 camera
- The RED signal LED will turn on, followed by the GREEN signal LEDs one at a time.
- All Signal LEDs and Status LED will then start flashing for a few seconds. This means that your camera is searching for a signal.
- Once the camera finds a stable signal, you should see steady ORANGE or GREEN signal bars depending on coverage availability. If it is steady red, change the location to find a better signal.
- The front delay LED indicator will then start a 30-second countdown. This means your camera is now getting ready to take a picture. The Signal LEDs and Status LED will remain steady while this happens.
- Once the countdown has ended; all Signal LEDs and Status LED will turn off and your camera is now ready to take pictures/videos.
The V300 powers on and secures a strong signal.
Low Battery
- The RED signal LED will turn on followed by the GREEN signal LEDs one at a time.
- All Signal LEDs and Status LED will then start flashing for a few seconds. This means that your camera is searching for a signal.
- The RED Signal LED will start blinking RED every 0.25 seconds and the Status LED will remain steady GREEN. This means your camera is running on a low battery.
- As a result, your camera will turn off after 5 seconds.
With this LED pattern, you need to charge the lithium battery.
MicroSD Card Error
- The RED signal LED will turn on, followed by the GREEN signal LEDs one at a time.
- The RED Signal LED will start blinking RED every second and the Status LED will keep blinking at the same time. This indicates an error with the MicroSD card. There is either no MicroSD card inside the camera or the camera cannot read the MicroSD card as it is corrupted.
If the camera blinks red every second, the MicroSD card is either not inserted or is corrupted.
SIM Card or Modem Error
- The RED signal LED will turn on followed by the GREEN signal LEDs one at a time.
- The RED Signal LED will start blinking RED every 0.5 seconds and the Status LED will keep blinking at the same time. This could mean that your camera either has a SIM card error (the camera cannot read the SIM card) or a Modem error (network problem).
You need to contact VOSKER support team for assistance.
WARNING: do not tamper with the SIM card unless a VOSKER expert asks you to.
Camera Not Activated/No Valid Plan
- The RED signal LED will turn on followed by the GREEN signal LEDs one at a time.
- The ORANGE Signal LED will start blinking ORANGE every 0.5 seconds, and the Status LED will keep blinking at the same time. This means that your camera has either not been activated properly or you do not have any security plan associated with this camera currently.
Make sure you have an active transmission plan when you see this LED pattern.
Photo Transmission plan expired:
- The RED signal LED will turn on followed by the GREEN signal LEDs one at a time.
- The ORANGE Signal LED will start blinking ORANGE every 0.25 seconds, and the Status LED will keep blinking at the same time. This means that your Photo Transmission Plan has expired, and you will need to renew your security plan to start receiving photos to your VOSKER app again.
- The camera will later go to sleep after 5 seconds, and it will only reconnect once a day at the scheduled transfer time to check if the plan has been renewed.
When the orange light blinks faster, it means your transmission plan expired.
